Ann Marie Sullivan was born and raised in Seneca, South Carolina.  Her mother taught elementary school for thirty-two years at Northside Elementary and her father is a local real estate appraiser.  Ann chose a career in real estate to follow in her grandfather's footsteps.  Ann graduated from Clemson University in 2004 where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics.  While at Clemson University, Ann was also a member of the Varsity Women's Rowing Team.  Ann went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Elon Law School in 2009.  After completing law school, Ann returned home to Seneca to pursue her law career.  After working for two local firms, she opened her own practice in 2014 focusing on real estate law.  Ann is honored to be back in her home town serving the community that she grew up in.

When not at work Ann enjoys time on the lake with friends, Clemson football games, and anything outdoors with her two rescue dogs, Bandit and Bentley.
